All writing, photography, and the Hopium Dispatch name, logo, and tagline are owned by Maureen Steele and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Sharing a link, quoting a short passage with attribution, or sending a dispatch to a friend is welcome.

Paid access, billing, refunds, and account management are governed by Substack’s terms when you subscribe at hopiumdispatch.substack.com. The $2.50 monthly price is set on Substack and may change there.
